DO NOT WAIT! IT WON’T PASS BY ITSELF!
Restoring the sound technical condition of structures damaged by serious problems, such as loosening, insufficient sealing during construction or structures overloading, has been and is still a difficult process. Loose base soils can endanger the safe condition of floors, foundations and other load-bearing elements of buildings, exposing structures to the risk of damage and collapse.
Most base soils improvement solutions are limited, highly invasive (interfering directly with the structure or node point), expensive, labor-consuming, and messy. If the landscaping (or restoration) work requires the lessee of the building to relocate, the suspension of business may result in additional costs to both the business lessor and the business lessee’s company.
But today there is a relatively new alternative. After many years of extensive research and testing, GeoResin has developed a non-invasive (without interfering with structures or node points) method the base fixing. This method strengthens the base, reinforcing it from the inside, and consolidating the reconstructed elements.
The solution uses a combination of several properties of geopolymer resins to reinforce the base soil. The method can be applied both in the subsoils under existing structures, and to a depth of up to 9 meters. There are also separately made resins for use directly in natural soil in preparation for new construction.
