In June 2014, the soils were stabilized at the base of the foundations of the outer and inner walls of the two-story administrative building.
The reason for petition
Numerous horizontal, vertical, inclined cracks in brick walls and partitions; upsetting floor slabs of the first floor in separate rooms up to 15 mm.
Problem
Soil moisture. Heterogeneity of the soil.
The reasons for the softening of the soil were leaks from water pipes located in the immediate vicinity of the foundations.
Work done
— soil stabilization at the base of the foundations of external and internal walls;
— raising the floor slab to the design mark.
